This movie is the closest representation of Leatherface based on the first two movies in the whole franchise.

I wish the hitchhiker and OG cast would’ve came back for this one, but we still got a damn good movie regardless

I wouldn’t say Leatherface is harmless rather he doesn’t see violence as that big of a deal. Whether it’s his family beating on him, him killing people or cows, violence is just a part of life and he is so desensitized to it.

His whole life is basically just hating the times when violence is directed towards him, and loving the times when he gets to direct it against somebody else, preferably by sawing somebody's head in half with a chainsaw.
