Best Boba on the East Side?

Hi all! Like the title says, I’m searching for the best place to get boba tea on the east side of town. Preferably NE if possible. I’m looking for more of a casual cafe vibe, vs a sit-down restaurant that has boba tea. Is there a place like this? Thanks!

On the east side? Midtown Noodles and Grill does pretty good boba and pho.
