WCTV weather app radar down???

Is it just me or is the WCTV weather app not showing the fact that I have been rained on for the past few days. Suddenly I'm getting soaked and the app shows all clear? Is it just my phone app???

To be fair, the NWS radar does also go down from time to time. But yes, the NWS radar is a go-to if you aren't willing to pay for a radar app like Radarscope. It's free, just not as pretty as other systems.

I used the WCTV weather app for years, but a not so recent update made it suck badly. It's always 15-30 minutes behind.
