There are usually plenty of spots anywhere along Park. It goes through the Chain of Parks, so anywhere downtown within walking distance works.

Anywhere on Park Ave, Monroe, or Adams. College is good too. No meter fees

OMG wait there's a weekly market in town that people can sell their art/things they make! I've been looking for one because we have one in my hometown and I wanted to possibly join to sell stuff or just go
