Hobbit american grill

does anyone know much they pay for back of house positions? I have an interview tomorrow.

I haven’t worked there since 2023 but they started most people at minimum wage unless you had a decent amount of experience

Generally yes, though of course all of tallahassee is slower in the summer so hours usually get cut. You can always try to pickup shifts from others

Working at hobbit was hands down my least favorite job in school (just graduated)

The employee discount is a joke, it’s basically paying full price. The management sucks and their communication/enforcement of rules is spotty at best.
