Had Fazoli's and it was good.

It was pretty good! I was actually surprised. Nice, fresh and hot. Courteous staff, the drive thru moved at a decent pace.Definitely good enough to grab in a pinch on or on Friday night when you don't feel like cooking.

Will say I am disappointed they had staff outside taking orders in the rain with no rain gear though.

But the food was so much better than I was expecting. We had the ziti, meatballs, pizza and a sub sandwich. Was able to feed a family of 4 for right around $40, with soem leftovers. So not too bad.

I'm surprised Fazoli's opened and we didn't have 100 posts about it already.

Same. I searched before making this post just in case.

Do you still get unlimited breadsticks?

We went through the drive thru and our breadstick bag had 5 sticks in it.

That sounds like very limited breadsticks!

Hard to take advantage of unlimited breadsticks through the drive thru lmao

Just keep looping around and show them your receipt each time. “Fazzoli’s employees hate this one trick!”

Yes, but only if you eat inside.

We went twice thru the drive thru and they left out our breadsticks twice…they also missed the sausage that was an up charge. The 2nd visit was a recovery visit and for them to still forget the breadsticks irked me…let’s be honest that’s the real reason anyone’s going to a fazolis in 2026.

When i went they gave all the breadsticks to only one guy. He had about 8 and had been eating a while. Everyone is waiting for food but they go back to him again with another round. It was comical. He was almost apologetic but the worker was like, it’s okay they’re free (for just you).

We had the chicken Alfredo and it tasted exactly like those 1.99 frozen dinners. It wasn’t awful but it did taste like a microwaved dinner.

We’ve been twice and both times it’s been great!

I really liked the lasagna. The ziti was also good, but the Alfredo was boring and tasted like microwaveable Alfredo.

Give their chicken Alfredo a whirl! It’s honestly pretty good

I was not a fan years ago when we had them here. I'd rather make my own spaghetti.

I’m sorry but I found it pretty bland, lukewarm, overpriced..

It’s just all right. My wife and I will probably be there once in a while when on that side of town shopping at Costco. The dining room is well done and the bread sticks are great. The spaghetti was pretty good with a light tomato sauce — reminded me of spaghetti from past fundraiser dinners. I also had the lasagna and fettuccine which were sub par. I can get better in a box from Publix.

I just had Fazoli’s yesterday… and it was terrible. My fiancee and I both threw our food out. At least the service was great lol

I’m glad it’s affordable but I just can convince myself to try it. Italian from a drive through makes me think everything is just sitting out on warmers just waiting for bacteria to grow. I dont trust buffets and this just seems like a glorified buffet setup.

Same. I grew up in the northeast with a grandfather straight off the boat from Italy - the thought of Italian fast food is highly unappealing, but to each their own.

We’re so glad you’re impressed.
I think at best it’s average. Much prefer the Tour of Italy on N Monroe

Of course a sit down restauarnt is going to be better. We are talking about FF here, give me a break.

The thing is though it’s only a few dollar difference and if you go to the sit down place it’s a bigger portion with a salad.

The thing is though there is a time and place for different types of food. I wasn’t dragging 3 kids to a sit down restaurant late on a Friday evening. You people need to resize your way isn’t the only way to do something. I don’t need a lesson about restaurant value and salads on a quick approval of a fast food visit. I know how to go to a sit down place if that is what I wanted to do. I didn’t ask you or anyone else for a recommendation.

Oh I’m not trying to tell you how to live your life. The price point difference is just a bit upsetting. I get not wanting to take 3 kids to more of a sit down place, gave me the idea though to get take out and have a picnic at the park or somewhere. Thanks.

Tour of Italy's drive thru is never open.

u/Paxoro 2d ago

Well, it's open once.

I see you’ve been a patron of The Lunch Box recently.
