Local restaurants in Dushanbe

Hi! I'm going to Dushanbe this summer and I'm looking for inexpensive and good local restaurants. If anyone could recommend places in the city where real locals eat, I'd be very grateful! Thank you!

Not every delicious meal is found in restaurants. Sometimes, the most authentic and unforgettable taste comes from a simple Tajik kitchen. Anyway, here's the local restaurant's names: Pilav center,2 floor. Toqi Teahouse Bukhara Forel Kurutobi Navruzi ( personally like their kurutob, but there's also Qurutobkhonai Nur, Olim ) Bonu (Persian restaurant) Bahori Ajam

I was at Qurutob restaurant Noor, locals only it seems. It was not bad.

You can also try Qurutob Restaurant https://maps.app.goo.gl/p65PR4UD2MF2SK257?g_st=ac It's a little bit more obscure, and only open around lunch. I have not been there yet, but still want to try it
