Unable to remotely access employer’s PC from Bangladesh using NordVPN or Tailscale — connection keeps getting blocked

Hi everyone,
I am working remotely from Bangladesh and trying to access my employer’s PC remotely.
We tried using:
NordVPN
Tailscale
AnyDesk
Chrome Remote Desktop
But whenever we try VPN-based remote access, my connection or device seems to get blocked repeatedly and the remote connection fails.
My laptop:
Windows 11 Home
Employer’s device:
Windows 11 Pro
Problems:
Tailscale connection becomes unreachable
NordVPN setup does not work properly
Sometimes the employer’s PC appears offline
AnyDesk is extremely unstable/slow
Chrome Remote Desktop works somewhat better, but we still want a more stable long-term solution.
Could this be:
ISP restriction?
Firewall issue?
CGNAT problem?
Windows 11 Home limitation?
VPN conflict?
What would you recommend for stable remote access between Bangladesh and another country?

Where is located your employer’s pc ? Directly in the corporate’s place or in a residential house ?

What does your employer’s IT department say?
