Looking to rent Next Gen home in Surprise
Hi all!
We are moving out to Surprise to take care of my mother in law and to keep her close to grandkids. We are looking to rent a 4 bedroom home (1 bedroom can be part of the Next Gen) with Next Gen facilities as she has memory issues. Is there anything available out there?

Gotcha. I get it. I took my senior disabled mom in too. I wish I had the budget for a nextgen home. If you can’t find one, please rent a 2 story home and have her live on the bottom floor and you have the top floor and set some boundaries for yourself. It will save your sanity.
We rented for a long while and that worked. Then we bought a single story in surprise and establishing boundaries is much harder. Especially working from home. There are days I go to a cafe to work just to be left alone.

I don’t know your budget. But may be a better option to buy. Those will not be cheap to rent, and the new builds are sitting on inventory and give you a lot of incentives.
You can buy with very very little money down. Like total cash to close can be as low as around 2000 bucks. You just need to find a lender with FHA loans, and get a down payment assistance grant. A good option would be to look at solar down payment assistance. They pay for about all of your down payment and lowers your overall monthly costs by lowering your electricity bills.
You don’t need stellar credit either. It may not be the best rates on earth, but after a few years you will have equity and can refinance when the interest rates lower.
