Debate: Everybody in Surprise and in all of the Phoenix area are very nice, friendly, kind, super gentle, and sweet and loving with not one mean bone in them.
Would you agree with this statement? If yes or no, please explain why. Phoenix actually feels like Kentucky IMO. It's like a desert version of Lexington.
Do you agree or disagree?

No.
When I moved here in 2008, people used to smile when passing them. (It actually threw me off because I came from a place where nobody smiled). Not sure when that ended.

There is almost nowhere in the country in 2026 where I’d agree with that statement.
