Events Artisan Pizzas and more!
Hey everyone! I’m a local chef here in Surprise and I recently started a small artisan pizza & bread project called La Pane Nostra.
I’m doing a fresh run for this weekend and have evening pizza pickups available for Friday 5/1 and Saturday 5/2 🍕
Everything is made using 72 hour fermented biga dough, giving you that light, airy, pizzeria-style crust.
This week’s menu includes:
🍕 Cheese Pizza ($13)
🍕 Pepperoni ($14)
🧄 Confit Pie (house garlic confit + oil drizzle) ($13)
🔥 Fire Pie (calabrese salami + red pepper flakes + hot honey) ($15)
extras:
🧄 Garlic confit jars ($10)
❄️ Frozen dough balls ($6 or 3 for $15)
📍 Pickup in Surprise
Everything is made fresh in small batches—once I’m booked up, that’s it for the week.

How early tomorrow can a pie be ready? I’m more of an afternoon into evening pizza eater.

We normally start at 4 on Saturday’s but the only remaining pickup slots left for today are between 6-8

My one complaint: that menu font is awful to read!
