Hvac companies in Surprise

As the summer is approaching, I spent some time for researching Surprise HVAC services.

I'm not a contractor, just got tired of star ratings being the only signal when picking one. So I pulled public data on local HVAC shops in Surprise and scored them on a few things beyond review count:

Google rating and review volume, bbb, years in business, review sentiments.

My pick:

- Canyon State Service Experts

- Jaycox Air Conditioning And Heating

- King Charles Plumbing & Air Conditioning

I've had good, recent experience with Jaycox and Bell on installations.

I also used Canyon State in a pinch for a repair when nobody else could come the same day for an issue on a 115 degree day that was a holiday, and while they did a good job, pricing was typical (high) for a PE-backed service company.

Thank you for sharing. Pricing issues usually are hidden. I am curious how can one derive pricing information in advance. Providers usually won't tell without an inspection.

I go by who has done the best job in my experience (as in, for the last 10 years they’ve been reliable, affordable and great to deal with, especially on an emergency when the a/c stopped working in 120 degree heat). We swear by Lindauer Enterprises Heating & Cooling (623-266-3551). Family owned and have had the same tech come to our house since the beginning so he knows our system. That reminds me, it’s time to schedule our annual system “check up”!
