Recommendations New builds - StoneBridge Manor vs Frontera
We’ve been looking into new build homes and these two are the last remaining ones on our list.
StoneBridge manor is off Peoria avenue and reems and is in the industrial area. It also has that data center coming soon we are worried about
Frontera is far out west off bell road but has some power lines in the distance.
Both not great options. Anyone know of anything about these areas?

Why surprise? And if these 2 aren’t going to work out - are there any other options? What is your criteria?

Oh I am already an established resident. My entire life is here in surprise including family who help out with our kids.

I would live in Gilbert, Surprise is falling apart and crime is skyrocketing! We moved here from Detroit years ago, the liberal town leadership has destroyed the town and turned it over to big tech.

Crime is skyrocketing is a dramatic statement, it’s considered one of the safest cities in the nation..

Considered one of the safer cities. Not one of the safest. And comparing Gilbert to Suprise Gilbert is much safer. It’s just less affordable

If you believe the liberals that are running the city go ahead. I know people in the police department and they tell me all the time the murders, crimes and the assaults are skyrocketing in surprise.
