Recommendations Birthday Recommendations

Hi all! I’m from out of state but my best friend lives here. I’m trying to figure out a good birthday gift, I was thinking an experience of some sorts. So if anyone has any good restaurants recommendations that do gift cards or maybe an activity? I’ve been looking online and it’s just hard when I’m not familiar with the area and hopefully seeking some insider info. He’s turning 23 for reference. Thanks in advance!!

Cooper's Hawk has wine-tasting and very good food. A little on the expensive side (for Surprise) but not crazy.

You could get him a hot-air balloon ride, if you're looking for an 'experience'. Rainbow Ryders does hot air balloon trips at sunrise and sunset.

Not sure what you mean by "cafeteria-ish". Everything there is pretty normal standard restaurant, seating and lighting included.

Spring Training!!! Surprise hosts KC Royals and TX Rangers. Arizona Spring Training (Cactus League) tickets vary widely, from as low as $2-$15 for cheap seats/practices to $40-$80+ for popular teams like the Dodgers or Cubs, depending on the opponent, seat location (lawn vs. box), and if it's a weekend game, with many general single-game tickets in the $15-$47 range, but expect higher prices for big-name teams or premium spots.

Who has 2 dollar seats?

I thought Surprise Stadium's 8 dollar lawn seats were the cheapest they went.
