I know that for some reason people on here love to gobble scrim’s solo shit up, i personally prefer duckboy, but who truly and genuinely wants to hear 3 hours and 12 minutes of scrim saying basically the same shit he said on his last album (that was released only a year ago and already seemed exaggeratedly long at 30 songs). $B as a duo have already become pretty repetitive lately, and i just can’t see a world in which this album is going to be interesting all throughout.

I have respect for poeple who have helped themselves with faith. They fought for something in their lives. This positive inner voice that won over, it wanted to fight lonelyness, addiction, anxiety, negative traits, you know what I mean. I'm a nonbeliever and ex catholic, but people like Scrim inspire me to fight for the same things in life. My inner good voice is fighting too.

But the more I see them talking about it outside music, the more negative feelings about it I get. It feels like blindly repeating slogans.

If you think I "care too much, just listen to music", I care a lot, these guys and their music mean a lot to me. They've helped me.

It's the SOUND of their music. If they still made the more raw, atmospheric sounds of their earlier work I genuinely think the new songs would have MORE impact. But they've full 180d into pop, the sound is just..generic, and honestly boring and that's really what bums out

I’ve struggled a lot with drugs like diazepam and oxy, and when I was on that shit I was too embarrassed to speak to my friends about it, let alone announcing it publicly to a G59 Reddit page- I only speak openly about it now because I’m out of rehab and two months sober, and real proud of it.

Ik I said months ago that Thy Kingdom Come was the best album of 2025 in my opinion. I was totally wrong, Thy Will Be Done is in my opinion, the best album of 2025. Hypernormalisation and Fuck Ups are my two favorites. I wish we would've seen one or two features on the album
