If you are seeing a "2-day" pass for 36€, it might be a 3rd-party tourist pass. I'd skip that. Instead, just buy a 72-hour ticket for 33€. It covers all metros, buses, trams, and even the ferries between Slussen and Djurgården (where the museums are).

If you plan on taking the metro/bus more than 4 times over the two days, the 72-hour ticket pays for itself. Stockholm is very walkable, but the metro is efficient. Plus, it's a lifesaver if it rains.

The legal age is 18. You can legally order a beer or wine at a bar. While the legal age to drink in a bar is 18, many clubs in Stockholm set their own "door age" higher to maintain a specific crowd. You won't have any trouble finding bars that suit you. Especially in Södermalm, which is an area with plenty of bars for young people. And older folks, too.
