Where to get a real bagel?

Not Einsteins, not STL Bread Co, and not the place all the way out in Creve Coeur. I only know of Protzel's, but other than that, are there any NY-style water-boiled bagel places in the city?

The Bagel Factory is always worth the drive. Always. Nothing compares.
