Nowadays it’s Burger King. They improved their whopper considerably this past year and it tastes a lot like it used to

That flame broiled patty has a lot better flavor than fried on the flat top and it’s less greasy.

That’s not what changed, though. They’ve always flame-broiled their burgers. Officially, all that changed was the mayo, the bun, and the presentation (it comes in a box now).

Thing is, it actually is better. Like way better. So, my suspicion is they cracked down on quality control and training of the employees.
