IDK, the quality certainly never really changed. Same standards and policies. Everything was very buttoned down (as is the norm). There are actually two grills in most of the locations. If one acts up we would just adjust to the other. If any one employee's salt is wrong (ect) it would be abundantly obvious to the manager and corrections would be made immediately.

I worked there for many years... worked the Edmonds opening even. The deluxe really cant be beat.
