These old folks have lived through history.

If you want to know what actually went down, it is often better to carefully listen to a variety of these people and analyze their direct personal perspectives, then to mindlessly internalize the disinformation narratives propagated by corporate media conglomerates based in openly hostile foreign nations.

Do it before it is too late.

I talked to a local comrade who died recently who was in China during the cultural revolution. What I was most interested in was why the backyard furnaces, when anyone who has read Capital knows that large-scale industry is key. He had no answer for me, sadly.

97... This granduncle has probably witnessed the Resistance War, the Civil War and the Korean War, maybe fought in some of them as well.
