[PC] SIB Chained Echoes?

I really like the aesthetic but I don't have much experience in turn based RPGs, let alone these kinds of JRPG inspired games.

Is it an accessible first experience for someone like me (who's also frankly bad at video games) ?

Related question : On howlongtobeat, it's listed as 35 hours for the main story. Is it accurate ? This could also decide if I buy it or not, as I'm reluctant to invest more than 50 hours in the main quest alone.

Great game, but it is a long game. I don’t recall my playtime, but I would say 35 hours is accurate.

If you want to feel the vibe with much more streamlined and polished experience I highly suggest Sea of Stars instead of Chained Echoes, both are great games which scratch the same itch but I just couldn’t get my self to keep playing chained echoes, and enjoyed almost every moment of Sea of Stars.

35 hours sounds accurate to my playthrough (Completed most sidequests I think). It might be a little challenging if you're not super experience in turn based JRPG but there’s a bunch of options to tweak the difficulty to make the learning curve easier. I wouldn’t say it’s ever super punishing.
