This is so very cool, if you get drain flies they will not stand a chance lol

How pretty! Roughly how much light do they get per day? The nepenthes look so impressive!

That was cool moss in the beginning. What was it and how’d you do that?

I’m curious too

I’d go with sphagnum, more realistic, a suitable substrate and not so dense. likely there’s good reason it got ditched or declined

Did look cool though

What happened to the heliamphora in the first pic?

2

u/Enigmafoil 3h ago

Only capes and neps, likely not enough light for Heli, VFT, Regia in first pic

Nice, where did you get the planters from?

What temperature is this usually at?

Link to the pattern so I can print my own pots?

2 questions:

Does the hot steam or chemicals from shampoo etc have any impact on them?

How did you go about planting these?

If i ever get round to doing something similar I would probably just go for sundews at the bottom and those pitchers on top based on the lovely growth shown in your pics.

Did you design the pots yourself? This looks amazing tbh.

Respectfully, there are literally no plants in these pictures that can go dormant.

Okay, not in the final photos but the first one had a sad vft at least lol. Every ecosystem evolves.

Ok fair, I didn’t see the vft lol. It looks quite sad with that lighting. Probably why they replaced it with drosera.

Really nice setup! How much light do they get daily? Those Nepenthes are super impressive.
