Can you describe heat, flavors?

It was tangy and spicy. So, I think tomatillo was there.

Tangy as in vinegar maybe? Could be tomatillo base, with a few Arbol, onion, cilantro and vinegar. I think they call it "Tomatillo vinegar salsa". Has a very similar color but yours appears to have cilantro and onion.
