Market Data Project/Construction/Development Manager, how much are you guys earning?

Just collecting data. Seeing a lot of posts on LinkedIn claiming to pay 300k+. Is this really the case or just bluffing? Working in the same industry less than half of this.

Switched to a different career but I was making $145k base and bonus was anywhere from $40k-$65k per year. National construction company in a VHCOL city.

I didn’t feel fulfilled in my role and felt called to do something else.
