Market Data Project/Construction/Development Manager, how much are you guys earning?

Just collecting data. Seeing a lot of posts on LinkedIn claiming to pay 300k+. Is this really the case or just bluffing? Working in the same industry less than half of this.

Depends. Residential or commercial? Big company or small company? Straight salary or salary plus bonus?

Also, in some companies like mine, a project manager is over a construction manager, so the pay is different.

I'm a residential construction manager for a large homebuilder. 85k plus bonus based on build schedule.

Jesus, in aus our construction manager is also an executive and would be on hundreds of thousands. He is responsible for every house build and scheduling is done by supervisors.

Yea but housing is a million plus in AUS lol 85k USD is about 118k AUD and your cigarettes cost like 40 bucks a pack and a cheap bottle of rum is like 55 bucks (at least this was the case when I was in NT back in 2016.)

It is to get us off those unhealthy vices and into more civilisation vices like gambling.
