Why are my fueltanks empty?

Im trying to play rss with sol. And i deleted realism overhaul and replased it with SMURFF. And when i try to launch stuff into space. The fueltanks are completely empty. What am i doing wrong? What mod is causing this?

Check in the VAB if you can fill them. I dont know how it works with smurrf.  Normally realfuel makes it so that you need to add fuel to the tanks, but I dont know how that works with stock tanks.

with smurff you have to use normal tanks i think maybe op should try configurable containers or sm
