[Help] Need a quick verification call to a business in Philly to confirm a family connection
Hi everyone,
I am a 22 year old living in the Dominican Republic, and I need some logistical help from someone located in the US.
My biological father passed away in 2024 in Philadelphia. I grew up outside his marriage and only met him about three times in my life, but I’ve been hustling and gathering information about his family ever since he passed away.
I recently found out that his widow and my half-siblings might be running a specific restaurant/business in Philly that used to belong to him. However, I am not 100% sure if this is the exact place, and I don't have the money to make an international call from here to check and verify.
I am looking for someone in the US who can make a quick, very discreet phone call to this business on my behalf. I just need you to ask for the manager, confirm if they are indeed the family of my late father, and if so, let them know that their brother in DR is respectfully trying to reach out and leave my WhatsApp number.
I want to do this with the utmost respect for their privacy, which is why I am not posting the business name or phone number here. I will share those details privately via PM with anyone willing to help me verify this info.
Thank you so much to anyone who can lend me a hand.

What about using those online call services? Found these quickly for you PopTox — Free calls from a web browser to U.S. phones. Usually limited to a few minutes per day. No download required.
CitrusTel — Similar to PopTox. Browser-based, no app required, free trial minutes available.
Ievaphone — Free web calls to U.S. numbers, typically 1–2 minutes at a time.
MySecondLine Free Call — Browser calling with limited free credits.
Call2Friends — Offers some free calling to U.S. numbers and works directly in a browser.

Why not just send an email? Communication is basically free now.
Burner account asking for a volunteer to social engineer on their behalf is sketchy.
Use your brains, folks.

Maybe you could send a letter instead. I would be put off by a third party calling and sneakily trying to get personal information about me or my employer's family.
