They're delighted. As far as they're concerned the Israelis are heathens to be sacrificed. The specific apocalyptic death cult beliefs of evangelicals is that the Jews controlling Israel and building the Third Temple will lead to Jesus resurrecting, and all the Israelis dying as the believers are raptured and the non-israeli nonbelievers are left to fend for themselves

This is fucking stupid. All politicians seem to do is support Israel, but now they think it's not enough? I will never understand wtf kind of hold they have on these people.
I'll be the first to admit I don't run in circles that hate on or even talk about Jewish people, so I can't say antisemitism isn't on the rise. People also need to realize that just because people around the world are seeing the actions of the Israeli government and rightfully calling them out doesn't mean people are hating Jewish people.
If that offends you or makes me antisemite in someone's eyes, then so be it I guess, but I'm not going to hate a group of people over something a government that represents them is doing.

Well said. Its maddening to me that simply criticizing the actions of a government, not a church or religion, but a GOVERNMENT, for blatant cruelty is met with cries of antisemitism. Like, saying that its bad to steal people's homes and land while killing them is worse than....oh..I dont know....stealing people's homes and land while killing them. I feel like im taking crazy pills

Right, Iâm just pointing out that this is a crosspost from that subreddit, so the hyphen is in a title written by a Jewish person in that subreddit. But anyway theyâre perfectly fine speaking it aloud, itâs just hyphenated in writing out of custom.
Itâs closer to how someone would find it funny if you texted âlaugh out loudâ instead of lol, but not really get offended

Itâs not related to modern censoring, just a standard Jewish tradition that the name âGodâ should not be thrown away/destroyed, so on anything impermanent itâs common to hyphenate the name instead. The practice precedes social media, used to just be about when you write it on a piece of disposable paper etc.
Itâs not super important, most Jews donât really care if someone doesnât do it, itâs just a sign of respect (and this crosspost is from a Jewish subreddit).

If there is a God then I'm sure he's deeply confused as to why Christians can see other Christians getting assaulted and treated like garbage in Israel and Palestine by IDF and continue to support the IDF and Israel. Not to mention the cruel treatment towards Muslims and surprisingly other people of the Jewish faith by Israel as well. It's not a religion that's the problem it's always the weak men that use it as a means for power and control that are.
