CURE for 2000-level CC A&P

Can anyone tell me if you know of any resources or have done a CURE in a community college 2000-level course? Our students are health sciences students, primarily going into nursing.
Thank you

There is a biotech lab from DNALC that allows students to isolate their own DNA and do PCR on it for sequencing. You can do comparisons with modern populations, mummies, anything published, and neanderthals. Message me if you want the name of their book so you can look up the protocols. For lab hours, it takes my 200 level course 6-9 hours total with no redos. I usually pair analysis day without a short lab.

Haha, I got too many messages, here's the protocol lab manual I am using: https://dnalc.cshl.edu/resources/products/genome_science.html

Lab 2.1 for Human mitochondrial DNA - you can also see many other projects.
