Question Need help about contacting the police station at Hl. N.

Hi everybody, recently my phone got stolen at the Main train station and i filed a report with the police there. They wanted me to send them the IMEI number of the phone and the proof of purchase. They gave me their email adress to send them to however the email apparently doesn't work? Does anyone have any ideas? I was a tourist there and I'm currently in my country. I tried sending an email about the situation to the general email of the czech police but I haven't gotten a reply. the email they gave me was "krpa.podatelna@pcr.gov.cz"

and just to be clear, is this the email of the specific police station?

It’s the department above them for the whole Prague, but the email is probably used for official communication and filings if they gave it to you. For the train station police station the direct email is [orp2.mop.wilsonovonadrazi.evidence@pcr.cz](mailto:orp2.mop.wilsonovonadrazi.evidence@pcr.cz)

Just out of curiosity since the proper email was provided. How did your phone get stolen at the train station? Did you leave it unattended, stored it in a baggage locker or was it someone picking it up from your pocket or a bag?

bro its my own stupidity... i was really tired and i guess i dozed off for a moment there with it in my hand. it was over in about 5 or 10 minutes. phone was gone.
