Remove static noise from audio?

Can someone help remove static noise from an audio file? There has been this humming noise in my apartment and for a technician to solve the problem, they need an audio to hear what it sounds like, I recorded several, but the static noise is always so loud, I tried to reduce it using Audacity but it didn't do a lot....

If you're on Android, I made an app that handles this- it strips out background noise using AI on your phone. Works on video files too, not just audio.
