Malformed Pizza Hut cheated OP out of a full complement of pizza toppings then tried to gaslight them.

I'm not a doctor but I'm pretty sure the entire point of a pan pizza is that not have all that crust.

There was a pizza place in my hometown that used to pull this stuff whenever they would run a sale. You could watch their online ratings tank every single time but they kept at it all the way up until they went out of business for good in llike 2004.

One of the local domino's does that when they have their big sales. Sure order whatever toppings you want for 9.99 but expect like one piece on each slice lol

A local pizza place had online ratings pre 2004?

They actually had an online ratings tank. It fired online ratings out of a cannon.

Pizza Hut sold me a pizza without sauce before, on two separate occasions. Give em the chair your honor

You can literally see the imprinted crust line around the vacant rim of that abomination.

Ah, I was wondering when this would show up here.
I'm not an expert. I think Pizza Hut used dough that was not the most fresh. They skimped on the sauce and cheese.
Simultaneously, it's Pizza Hut. You've gotta know better. You must understand there's a roughly 50/50 chance that your pizza will be absolute shit.
Let's come full circle. I'd be embarrassed to offer this to a customer. Fucking go to Papa John's at that point.

My last TWO (separate occasions) papa John’s pizza was RAW in the middle of the dough

Was gonna say I’d take this over that last few times I’ve had poppa johns.

They're all shit now. The fancy frozen ones at the supermarket are now about the same as a takeaway but much cheaper and cook quicker than a delivery

And if you want even better get an ooni oven or invest in one and make it yourself then you know it’s going to be good. 😂

You don't have to go fancy. Get Red Baron's hand-tossed, fully loaded frozen pizza. It's better than anything Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, or most chains will ever make. I use a toaster oven with convection. When it's almost done, I melt some butter in the microwave, add garlic powder, mix, and brush it on the crust right when it comes out. It's nearly 2 lbs. of food for $7.47. Feeds me, my wife, and our toddler, with sometimes a slice left over.

You’re assuming that a lot of people’s local spot isn’t complete crap, which is the case more often than not.

90/10 is more accurate. I wouldn’t eat pizza to save my life. I worked at one as a kid.

The cropping of the photo doesn't do the crime justice—that's probably three inches of crust at the bottom which is not visible. Glad for the verdict.

Just olives and mushrooms is a...different kind of choice to be sure, but okay. I love crust, any true pizza connoisseur would. But there is such a thing as too much crust, and this pie is guilty on all counts.

The jury, after deliberation of the evidence in the case of u/FractalGeometric356, find the defendant "Pizza" GUILTY on all counts of crimes-against-pizza.
