That must have been what I saw on fire in the distance. I was at Elliot and the 10 and could see something on fire south of me.

I’m just curious, this happens alot around here. As someone who’s only lived here for 2 years, how does this happen? Like, how does a vehicle catch fire? Poor maintenance?….or??
