Shadow work

Hello, I know doing shadow work is a good way to honor Persephone, I found a lot of really good prompts on Reddit. I wonder if I can do one and type out my response and put it on her shrine or is just doing them enough

First for what, I'm so confused everyone is saying first, I was saying if I can place them on her shrine because I'm doing them as a devotional act and I want to leave them there to honor her.

Ask her if she wants you to do shadow work

I want to do shadow work for myself, to help myself with my feelings, and I want to do it in honor of Her
