Personal Mandela Effect

I tried posting this on the Mandela Effect sub and it didn't go well. Someone wanted to argue. I'm certainly not gonna type it out again. But I did take a couple screenshots. 🪑🫈🪑

Google the definition of the mandela effect please

You can't just say words and be like "oh i meant something different but the word still applies"

One of the DEFINING characteristics of a mandela effect is that it's experienced by a large group of people, who all misremember the same thing.

If you experience it alone, it's just called misremembering

That's like saying "I had a threesome alone"

Google is a gatekeeping mechanism. I will not Google anything. And I will not subscribe to your way of thinking.

Seek knowledge. Do research. Find truth.
Google is one of many tools that can be used for these purposes, but if the particular tool is what you have a problem with, check the facts in whatever way you find most helpful. If confirming facts is what you have a problem with, you can't be helped. As it stands, you are factually incorrect.

You don't have to use Google. There are other search engines. Or Wikipedia. Or go direct to a dictionary site. Or believe everyone telling you what the phrase means

Okay, check a book then, or what? Or is any and all kind of written info just a psyop and the only person who actually knows whats what is you?
