FL spends 90% of the Manhwa acting cute as a kid and doing unnecessary shits that isnt progressing the story. One the the most boring ass and disappointing Manhwa out there. Wasted potential considering the art is decent

I've read it. It's honestly a 3 out of 10 and I'm being generous.

Strong start, but it quickly devolves into a cluster fuck mess of a plot that hardly makes sense. Sections of the story take way too much to read through (her baby arc did not need to go that long) and most of it was centered around her having a kpop career that made no sense either.

Plus if you hate cliche tropes, then you'll hate this. Every single Isekai trope you could think of is in it, barring like incestuous brothers and the ML being the one to kill her. And the FL is aggravating and overly cutesy all the time, like a shitty Mashup of being the author's Mary Sue and self-insert OC.

You can tell, by my own words on how much I hate Lady Baby.

no it is not the ML who tried to kill her in her past lifee and the kpop era was a misunderstanding the reason for singing was that is the manifestation of her powers as saint. And the punk look was a one time thing, honestly they shouldnt have done that look and if they did everyone would not drop this. The only bad side was the long and slow pacing of story but if you read it now in one go, evrything fell into place. It has a cute love story too and i love lippee still.

I didn't say ML killed her. I said it had almost every anime trope barring (fancy word for "except for") incest brothers and that particular trope.

Also I know the reasons for the singing. I very much did read it, but it still doesn't negate the fact that it's a very shallow reason, and the pacing is way more than being just "slow." It's freaking 239 chapters, which is only barely beaten out by more plot-heavy stories like The Villainess Lives Twice (at 257/259), but unlike TVLT, there's way too much empty space and filler chapters that do little for advancing the plot. Not to mention, the poor character development, FL being a Mary Sue, and nonsensical side plots that also made zero sense.

I'm not against cliche or love stories, especially if they know they're a cliche but still work to make it a well-written cliche. For example, Empress of Another World: that one was short and sweet, and especially straight to the point. But Lady Baby? Outside of the art, nothing about the story is interesting enough to justify just how long it ran.

Of course, that's just my opinion. I'm glad you liked it, though!

It made sense... Till the Flying Whale... In my opinion, I have a vivid memory of that for how absurd it was and that I dropped it not too much after, because I felt the Plot was lost by then. It started cool, the Genius Child thing doesn't make me feel itchy at all, or creeped nonetheless, and the Singing was ok till then, as the plot is about understand why and how she turned back in time, the mysterious death of her family etc. But the whole "Sing for make the land Breath?" I guessed right and ditched it, Sadly because I truly liked the characters and the art...

Yes, the entire last two seasons is confronting why she came to the past now that she's got the power, at that point she's been aged fully to adulthood. Everything is actually explained.

The author forgot there was a plot. The MC was supposed to be saving her family from being murdered again but keeps doing things that either don't help her achieve that goal or instead puts her family in more danger. And, of course, everything she does is just so adorable that everyone loves her just for existing.

This was the worst Mary Sue I've ever encountered.

i started reading in 2020 or 2021 (i think?) and i was like omfg she’s still 5 and we’re like a 100 chapters in when is she growing up? 😭😭😭 my sisters and i would talk sh*t about this one since it dragged and it’s lowkey weird that she is just a kid for like 90% of the story (at the time? idk i havent read since chapter 80 or 90) so the fact that it’s finally over is lowkey crazy💀 this seemed like one of those stories that would never end

Well from what I remember I got bored cause she stayed a baby for too long BUT nothing will beat Daughter of the Emperor and one whose name I can't remember but esentialy FL was reincarnated in a world where women were treated like trash and there was a modern setting with an emperor and in these two stories they stay as babies for SO LONG it makes you sleep. I almost pulled through the first one but gave up on the 1st one cause she was kinda insufferable when she grew up and the second was kinda boring.
