That was my thought originally too but he gets like this every year around this time. The vet doesn't want to give him anything for it. We give him dye free childrens meds when it gets bad like this. One of the old vets suggested that for a previous kitty with similar issues.

May be time for a trip to the vet, looks like that could be an upper respiratory infection
