Link Need to share an unmanaged switch between 2 different LANs

The short answer is you can't do this with an unmanaged switch, not in a way that actually keeps isolation and lets you use DHCP and SLAAC on both network segments at the same time.

To isolate your neighbours cameras, you need a separate switch or a managed switch.

That is what I thought too, the unmanaged switch was bought before without much consideration and I got stuck with that for now. I got a comment on my post in r/HomeNetworking which recommended me to get a router as switches might cause issue with DHCP.
