Don’t change yourself to appease the big man…

Hellll no! If anything, just pull it back into a clean bun.

No I work in a pretty conservative field and your hair isn’t bad at all. I think presentation wise a cut to style it and even it out will do wonders.

Slick it back into a bun

Everyone said "No" but the one person that said "Yes" got a response. People know already what they're going to do before asking questions.

What industry/job? But honestly no!! You have beautiful healthy hair and should cut it whenever you want to 😌 I personally think you should get braids! 🔥

You might benefit from a face framing from the curly dressers. It would enhance the beauty. Just be careful. Dont go to those Deva cut people.

Nah, just adapt it to fit the environment. Keep it neat and no one will really care. I have my hair past my shoulders and work a corporate gig.

A haircut is a craps shoot for anyone, so I vote “No!”
But, a big smile will put you out ahead of the others. I was able to interview ppl at my last job, and those who looked happy to be there and acted as though they respected the panel and the job and the company were the ones who we often chose.

My brother has 8 neat corn rows for job interview and line up. It's clean and he has never had an issue.

If they can’t like you for who you are, they don’t deserve you! Go as you are and shine your light bright 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💜💜💜💜

If you dont want to no. Dont do it. Do a slick back bun or pony tail

Pull it back

There are other options like pulling your hair all back or neat cornrows would look good.

Yes (just kidding. Why would you cut your hair for a job… let alone, for one you don’t have yet?)

Trim if anything followed by individual braids or twists pulled into a ponytail.

Never.

I don’t think you should cut it for the interview, but you should get it shaped in general

What are your plans for your job? I wouldn't depending on where you want to take it. If it were me I would pull it into a ponytail and chill. I was hired and considered for potential management with longer hair than your. I only cut it because I was being lusted because of my hair.

You don’t want to work anywhere that is going to be weird about your hair.

What job? The reality is, that for some jobs, it will count against you. If you get shrinkage, you could compact it with water. It's too easy to say "no" online, but if you are going into certain types of jobs, don't let a few inches of hair stand between you and progress.

YES, you would benefit from a haircut, your ends are super thin, any hairstylist would say the same. Idk why everyone is assuming you’re saying cut off your hair entirely… Having well-maintained, healthy looking hair and general appearanceis a sign of professionalism.
