Looking for an old SasuSaku fic

I've read this one probably 10 years ago but I am desperately looking for it.
Post war era : Sakura is poisoned during a mission and passes out under a tree before being found by Sasuke, who built a cabin not far from there in the forest. He decides to help her heal, she sticks around a bit, there is some lemon (rated M I think) and develop feelings. They return to Konoha in the end. Does anyone know/remember this pls?
