All NIH ICs will be hiring…starting with intramural and grants management staff

This. This initial hiring will focus primarily on intramural and GMS particularly using merit promotion hirings to move folks in "Acting" leadership positions into "Permanent" status.

Already heard the contract position that I applied to over 6 months ago (maybe July?) was declined/rejected.
