I really enjoyed 7th time loop. Another similar one is “betrothed to my sisters ex”

7th Time Loop was the next anime I saw after My Happy Marriage and I loved it so much! It’s not English dubbed but it so freaking good!

I looooved 7th time loop and wish they would have continued the anime. If you haven’t read the novels, I highly recommend them! I honestly finished them in less than a week.

I definitely have. I read them all in less than a week too and now look forward to the web novel updates every week.

Unfortunately, AFAIK, nothing comes close to MHM. You can try other series just as wholesome, but nothing have the same plot.
I enjoy KnT, Honey Lemon Soda, Angel Next Door Spoiled Me Rotten, Apothecary Diaries, A Galaxy Next Door, My Love Story, Horimiya, Fruits Basket, Toradora, and a couple dozens others, yet none is close.

I really love this series, Fruits Basket is the only one that gives me similar vibes. Also really enjoyed Inuyasha, so you might enjoy it as well.

Also a new Cinderella anime is coming out this July called The Ogre's Bride.

If you want a goofy romance one next that is really well drawn, try Romantic Killer on Netflix! It's really funny.

I would recommend Kamisama Kiss, apothecary diaries, and Snow White with the Red Hair. These animes include either historical or supernatural elements, fiercely protective male leads, a gap in social status/power, or the female lead overcoming past trauma. Kamisama kiss is enemies to lovers, apothecary diaries is a slow burn with mystery and palace politics, and Snow White with the red hair is like a fairytale romance

Betrothed to My Sister's Ex is another good Cinderella anime series! I highly recommend!!!

This may seem off the mark at first, but if you're willing to try a cdrama (live action in Mandarin) Pursuit of Jade is quite amazing.

“Spice and Wolf”
It has a pretty different plot, but if you’re looking for the vibe of a gentleman ML with a subtle & genuine romance, I think it’s worth giving a try. At least for a few episodes.
Personally, I’d recommend starting with “the older version” before watching “the remake”, though it really depends on which style you prefer first

If you want something related to the time period, I’d look at Taisho Otome fairytale.
Additional note, there is also a similar anime related to MHM called ‘My Stepmother and Stepsisters aren’t wicked.’ It really provides a fresh twist on the Cinderella trope

Taisho Otome Fairytale have an very grounded vision of Taisho Era. I usually recommend watch it BEFORE watching My Happy Marriage just to them understand better the society of that timeframe.

Try The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity, it's on Netflix! It's only got one season so far but it's a super cute, slow-burn type of romance just like My Happy Marriage

Kakuriyo: Bed and Breakfast for Spirits scratched the itch for me
