a lot of Stone Ocean is about Weather Report.

alot of the other parts of Stone Ocean is about Anasui

(yes Anasui is a MAN despite how much he's serving right now)

Really? Anasui is arguably the least important factor in Stone Ocean. He has basically two fights and only helps at the very end.

he was a huge factor in Weather vs Pucci. I think he was the main factor of the Bohemian Rhapsody fight. he helped when Jotaro was going to fight Pucci. he was also a decent part of the Dragons Dream fight, Yo-yo-ma, the green baby, and the C-Moon fight.
