Uni Assist 2

So I want to apply to an german univeristy. I live in Hungary. I have ro apply via hochschulstart.de and my grades will have to be sent to uni-assist.
So in hungary high school is 4 years, and at the end we have to write a big test, kind of like a school leaving certificate. With this certification you can apply to hungarian universities and also german.
My question is: uni-assist looks at your grades at the end of the school years and the leaving certificate. How does each grade affect my end result? I genuinely don’t understand the whole process. Please help
