Discussion Help pls (USA)

Hello. I just recently got hired at McDonalds and I got the email for the EID. I created a password but every time I try to log in it says incorrect. I haven’t had my first actual shift yet so I’m thinking that may be the reason. Any advice?

Try changing the password. I know it sounds stupid but try it. Click forgot password and follow the email prompts. Change it then try logging in.

Hello. Tried that too it doesn’t work. My gm is on vacation which doesn’t make anything better..

My GM is also on vacation. Do you belong to store #6421? 😆 🤣

My store also has this issue, our HR team is working on it.

Are you using the entire Eid Narest/e98262556 or just the e9232517 type? Mine only works with the short version.
