Has anyone tried a heated hand massager?
Recently, there was a conversation going on with several people, which revolved around their daily struggle with having painful and stiff hands. It seems like a lot of people face this issue when working for long periods on computers, playing video games, or even texting.
As far as possible solutions to this problem are concerned, one of them is using hand massagers, which also have functions that involve heating and compressing.
It does seem like a lot of people think these things can work wonders, but at the same time, some of them aren't convinced at all.
Do any of you use hand massagers on a regular basis and notice any improvements?
While looking into ways to ease neck and shoulder discomfort, I was suggested BionicFingerMassager , a wearable device designed to help with muscle tightness and tension. Has anyone tried something similar? I'd be interested to hear about your experience.

On the long-term use, yes you'll notice some relief in your muscles. A big improvement comes when you make it a habit in your daily routine.

I just purchased the BOB AND BRAD Q2 Ultra Mini Massage Gun with Red Light Infrared Heating Head. I use it on my neck and bottom of my feet and it's so good.

It feels like a massive waste of money unless you have actual arthritis. Save your cash for a decent percussion gun that can actually handle your forearms.

I have a Bob and Brad and it's well worth the 70-ish euro.
