The bunker/ballroom that Trump is creating is just a ploy for him to build a future tomb for himself. Once it is made he knows that he wants to have himself buried there so that no common person else will have access to his body once he passes away.

Evidence: He is too prideful and understands that people will want to vandalize his grave once he is gone, or that he will want to charge people to come see his gravesite.

Date: Once the ballroom is complete and the announcement is made by him for plans for his tomb idea.
