I unexpectedly finished my BoJ cleanser! It's been in a rotation in my shower for a while so took me about 1.5 years to finish.
Last year I finally got my cleanser stash figured out and parred down to a number I'm happy with (3 + 1 travel) so it's smooth sailing with repurchasing favorites and the occasional experimental item.

I have been really really focusing on my soft glam palette. Dusty Mauve is only left in the corners so it will probably be done in the next few weeks. Sultry has a decent amount left, but it's getting incredibly crumbly so I am also thinking this has a few weeks left. I am have been dipping into Cyprus Umber as well but haven't seen a lot of progress. The other 6 shades have barely been used so not as much progress.
I am also working on a MAC powder foundation that has serious visible progress. This one will definitely be finished by 2026 which is exciting.
Finally this espresso liner is getting close to the end. I've been trying a new way of lining my eyes so it uses less product but I adore the results.
I've finished 11 products this year not including things like mascara, brow gel, or skincare, this year. I technically have a 26 in 26. Realistically I think maybe I can finish 5 more products by the end of the year but another 15 seems unlikely.
As for hitting pan/expanding, I've hit pan on 9 products this year. I would like to hit pan on 2 more products this year and expand on maybe 3 more.
I knew after so many years of being able to hit pan and pan so many products that eventually it would slow down so now I'm here doing that.
