₹10000 for successful interview
My brother is looking job into data science he has around 2.5-3 years of experience in Gen-AI.
If anyone can refer in their company, if 1st interview happens I will pay ₹10000 to that guy.
Only open for jobs in India.

I think companies should find this and flag you and your brother for any potential work. This is not how referrals work neither they should.

Bro he is not getting referral I am not paying to get him offer letter just for interview. If employee can follow up with HR for interview. if he gets an offer letter I am ready to pay extra as a gift.

It would probably help more if you mention his actual stack and experience like RAG vector DBs LLM fine tuning agents LangChain cloud deployment or MLOps because “Gen AI” alone is very broad now

tbh paying for random referrals is a bad road. spend that money on a good resume rewrite + linkedin makeover and some solid projects on github or kaggle. even with referrals nobody replies half the time, it’s crazy dead out there
