I’m sorry I don’t know what that means. They’re in the top 43% of mythic rank?

No the % is their MMR across the entire player base. It's not normally possible to get to mythic at that rank without intentionally tanking your rank at the start of the season. What happens more often is they're players that climb to mythic every month, & then auto scoop to every meta deck they run into once in mythic which craters their mmr.

The % is their percentage of MMR compared to rank #1800 mythic. Small difference and no idea why that's the case but yeah

That doesn't make sense when 1201 is 99%.
